Rates and Information Thank you for your interest in SeaWind RV Resort and South Texas. SeaWind RV Resort is owned by Kleberg County and is considered to be one of the finest parks of its type in the United States. Kleberg County is home to the world famous King Ranch, along with many other area attractions.We have full hookups and our rates are as follows:
(Monthly rental payments are NOT on a sliding scale and remain at the regular monthly rent.) Pull Thrus are $25.00 per night and give the Good Sam discount, but only on the nightly rate. No special weekly or monthly rates, and has full electricity and water, no sewer.
($2.00 for each additional person, limit 6) ($3.00 extra for 20 amp electricity) Overflow parking rates are as follows:
A 10% discount is given on the overnight rate for Good Sam members, excluding tent and overflow parking. Each full hook up site has its own electric meter and is billed at the rate of $.14 per kilowatt hour on the monthly basis only. Reservations may be made and guaranteed in advance with a $100.00 deposit, for no less than a three month commitment. Priority on a particular site is given to the previous resident of that site. First time residents are given the same guarantee with a Choice of available sites, upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable if written notice is received within 14 days prior to your designated arrival date. SeaWind RV Resort is also modem friendly. Our Park is extremely clean and very well laid out. There is ample room between each site for the largest slide out and the longest rig. All sites are angled for easy backing from the driver's side. Extra parking for boats is available at no extra charge. SeaWind RV Resort welcomes no more than two pets per rig and not to exceed 30 pounds per pet. SeaWind RV Resort is a wonderful family oriented park with many on-going activities to accommodate interests of all kinds. We are a stop on the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail with great birding opportunities. We are also very near the King Ranch for their Nature and Birding Tours. You will enjoy the peaceful quite and security that is provided here with a very relaxed style of South Texas Country Living where the "Texas Hospitality" is always shared.
